Poop Solutions PDX Refund Policy

At Poop Solutions PDX, we strive to provide exceptional pet waste removal services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

• Service Issues: If our service was not performed as agreed, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion to be eligible for a refund or re-service.

• Missed Appointments: If we fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notification, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled service at no additional charge.

• Cancellation by Customer:

  • Before 24 hours of scheduled service: Full refund.

  • Within 24 hours of scheduled service: 50% refund due to scheduling commitments.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows by customer: No refund.

• Prepaid Services: If you cancel prepaid services, refunds will be prorated based on the number of unused services minus a 10% administrative fee.

• Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with our service, we will make every effort to correct the issue. If we are unable to resolve the problem, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Services completed as agreed but later deemed unnecessary by the customer.

• Inclement weather or hazardous conditions that prevent safe service (service will be rescheduled).

• Failure to provide access to the service area (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets).

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email at poopawaypdx@gmail.com or by calling (503)-446-4020. Please include your service date, reason for the request, and any relevant details. We will process refund requests within 5–7 business days after approval.

Policy Updates

Poop Solutions PDX reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
